A Home Maintenance Program™ is a our number one service that provides you four (4) quarterly service visits, where we schedule and complete the elected service that you choose. Elective Services are home maintenance items that will be performed by one of our trained Home Maintenance Program™ certified employees, in a reasonable amount of time, using your plans specific limitations and time.

The Home Maintenance Program™ is very complex to meet  all  of  our  client’s  needs,  but  at  the  same  time  very flexible, in that you can substitute elected services for whatever your needs are at the time of service. But, the first thing we do is provide you with our Home Assessment, that details everything about your home from the size and type of light bulbs to how many smoke alarms you have. We then give you a copy of the Home Assessment, so that you are in complete control of your largest investment, then we handle all the scheduling and reminders so you enjoy the process.
